Ingredients
For the cake:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package lemon yellow (3 ounces)
1/2 cup calamondin puree (mixture of peel and juice, seeds removed)
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
For the glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup calamondin puree
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Grease and flour a 9×13 pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine all cake ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Combine glaze ingredients and pour over the hot cake. Cool completely before serving.
